At Adornmonde, we want you to be completely satisfied with your jewelry; that is why we offer a 14-day return window for all eligible items in their original, unworn condition. Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process and select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely package your jewelry in its original Adornmonde box.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the return label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of receiving your label.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our quality control team inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method, typically within 5-10 business days.
